Tuscan landing is located in northern Camden County, GA, just below Glynn County. A gated community on Gowrie Creek, Tuscan Landing offers large lots, a community boat launch facility with a floating dock, sports field, picnic area and playground. Gowrie Creek provides deep water access to the inter coastal waterway and open waters of the Atlantic via the Little Satilla River (fixed bridge clearance is 15 feet). All lots are served by a community water system, and septic drain field system if required.

Historic St. Mary’s, beaches at Jekyll and St. Simons Islands are only a short drive away, and both Jacksonville, FL or Savannah, GA offer great opportunities for larger city shopping and entertainment, yet your home in Tuscan landing provides a gated retreat to come home to.

Waverly is about 3 miles south on Hwy 17, where you will find the Post Office,  Minit Mart, Dollar General, Waverly United Methodist Church, Horne Golf, Golden Isles Dog Boarding,   and the Incacheetoo Plantation and Petting Zoo. Head east from Hwy 17 on Horse Stamp Church Rd to the Horse Stamp Church and Camden County's Maple Ford Park .

At the Exit 29 area in lower Glynn County (about 7 miles north) you will find a grocery store, fuel, dining, lodging, shopping, automotive and other services.

Golf: Sanctuary Cove Golf Club, about 6 miles

Fishing: Charters and Guide services are available at St. Mary's, St. Simons, and Jekyll Islands
